Published on September 8, 2025 by LMC
Life Management Center and Apalachee Center are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that establishes a strategic partnership aimed at improving behavioral health outcomes for individuals and communities across Northwest Florida. This collaboration represents a major step toward building a fully integrated system of behavioral healthcare delivery across both organizations’ service areas.
The MOU provides a framework for affiliation and cooperation between the two organizations, with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered behavioral health services. Through this phased agreement, Life Management Center and Apalachee will work together to lay the foundation for a formal integration agreement into a single entity.
“Apalachee Center and Life Management Center have enjoyed a strong working relationship for many years, and our new strategic alliance builds on that foundation to enhance care for all the communities we serve,” Apalachee Center President and CEO Jay Reeve, PhD, said. “We are positioning ourselves to deliver innovative and effective services across Northwest Florida for years to come.”
“This partnership honors our legacy while positioning us for a stronger future,” said Ned Ailes, President & CEO of Life Management Center. “Together, we are enhancing access to high-quality, patient-centered care. As someone who has proudly served LMC for over 50 years, I am excited about the opportunities this collaboration brings—not only for our organization but for the communities we serve.”
