Medical Advice

We’re sorry but we cannot advise people about their medical conditions by email. If you want to contact Life Management Center about a behavioral or mental health concern, the best way to do this is by calling us at 850.522.4485 or toll-free at 888.785.8750.

2-1-1 United Way

United Way of Northwest Florida provides an information and referral service to residents in our 6-county region. If you are looking for help outside of the mental health services provided by Life Management Center (i.e. help paying an electrical bill), the 2-1-1 service may be able to help. To search their database, visit their website at 211nwfl.org. You may also call them by simply dialing 2-1-1.

First Appointment

Life Management Center services are available to children, adolescents and adults at locations throughout our service area. To schedule your first appointment, simply call us at the number below. Your first visit to us will include a comprehensive assessment so that we are best able to meet your needs. After the assessment, you and our professional staff will work together to create a treatment plan that is right for you.
