Retha M. Threatt
Retha M. Threatt joined LMC as the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2021. She manages the full spectrum of HR operations, systems and programs; the Quality Improvement and Staff Development operations; performs Health and Safety and Compliance Director functions. She is heavily involved in the strategic planning of human capital resources for the organization. She graduated from North Carolina State University with a specialized chemical engineering degree and began her career at the St. Joe Paper Company Mill but matriculated into managing human resources after the mill changed ownership. She has over 25 years of executive level human resources experience in both the financial services and the outpatient mental health industries.
