Hurricane Michael Updates
We are working hard to get services started for our clients in all six of our counties. We will update this page as we are able, but our access to the website is currently limited. The best place to get the updates at this time is on our Facebook page. We will also be updating local media when we are able to do so.
Update Oct. 22, 2018
Emergency Crisis Phone Line: For mental health emergencies, our crisis phone line will be available starting at 7:00 pm on Monday, October 22. Once operating it will be available 24-hours-per-day by calling 850-522-4485.
Medication Refills: Current clients in need of a new prescription for medication refills, please call us at 850-522-4485, ext. 1823. We are available to help you with this 8:00 – 5:00, Monday thru Friday.
Pharmacy: The Genoa Pharmacy at Life Management Center is open for our current clients at our main campus at 525 East 15th Street, in Building E. It is available 9:00 to 5:00, Monday thru Friday. For refills or questions, please call them at 848-261-1417.
Bonifay: We are currently providing limited services at our Bonifay office at 310 Byrd Ave. from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday thru Friday.
All other services remain closed until further notice. We are working hard to provide services in our other service areas as soon as possible.
All Bay and Gulf County staff who are available are asked to report to work on Monday, Oct. 22 at our main campus at 525 East 15th Street. Please meet at the Crisis Stabilization Unit (Building E) at 8:00 a.m. If you are not able to be at work on Monday, please contact your supervisor so that we know you are okay. For more details on staff updates, we have created a Facebook group. If you are able to do so, please join this Facebook group to receive more information. Your supervisor should also be able to provide you with the same information.
